We’d been spoilt with the service levels and quality of product from our previous supplier of nine years and so the bar was set very high for what I was looking for in our new one.

I was seeking a Defra regulated, independently owned business who manufactured their own food so there was traceability of protein sources, as well as strict procedures and transparency about the processing. I also wished for a company to have that personal service so I could actually speak to a human at the end of the phone if I had a query or specific request and to be able to build a rapport with the team. Rhondda Raw ticked all the boxes and I’ll always remember one kind lady that answered the phone to me three months after my initial enquiry who actually remembered who I was and even one of my dogs names’. That’s impressive!

Being a qualified canine nutritionist and owner of multiple different aged dogs with different medical conditions and physical abilities, the level of information about the products is very important so I’m able to make their diet specific to their needs (eg Composition and Analytical Constituents). The information provided by Rhondda Raw allows me to do just that and the online ordering service allows me to review products and adjust future orders accordingly.
