Next Day Delivery

We offer next day delivery on all orders placed before 12pm Monday-Thursday.

Orders placed after 12pm or Friday-Sunday will take two days to be delivered.   Our frozen food is delivered in insulated packaging.

UK Delivery Costs

All Rhondda Raw raw meat and bulk deals have FREE shipping.

All other brands of frozen food is £10 delivery and frozen treats are £7 delivery.
 
Everything else is £4.99 for UK delivery.
 
We only delivery to mainland UK.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to customers in the SA or CF postcodes only.  This delivery service is £3.80 and we deliver as soon as we can.

Free Click & Collect

We are located in Ferndale in Rhondda Cynon Taff.  If you are local then you’re welcome to use our Click & Collect service.  You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. We are open Monday-Saturday 10:00-18:00 and Sunday 10:00-16:00

Returns & Refund Policy

At Rhondda Raw, we strive to ensure your raw feeds are delivered in good condition, usingtemperature-controlled packaging designed to maintain the integrity of your order. Below isour policy regarding returns, refunds, and handling defrosted products:

Safe to Refreeze

It is safe to refreeze defrosted raw feeds as long as the meat is still cold to the touch. Ourfeeds are tested to remain frozen for over 30 hours in our specially designed packaging. Ifyour order arrives partially defrosted but remains cold, it is safe to refreeze and use later
 

Defrosted Goods

We do not automatically provide refunds for defrosted goods as long as the meat is still cold. While we take every possible measure to ensure your order arrives fully frozen,circumstances beyond our control, such as delays during transit, may result in products arriving defrosted. As long as the product is still cold, it is safe to refreeze, and no refund will be issued for these item.
 

Delivery Timeframe & Condition

All orders are dispatched in temperature-controlled packaging that is designed to keep your feeds frozen for over 30 hours. Our delivery partners provide accurate tracking information and delivery confirmations. We cannot offer refunds for partially or fully defrosted items that are delivered within 24 hours of leaving our shop. We have access to accurate evidence from our delivery partners regarding the time of delivery, as well as photos showing the condition of the parcel upon delivery.

 

Damaged or Spoiled Goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or spoiled, we require photographic and video evidence of the issue. Please provide clear images of all affected items and the packaging within 12 hours of receiving your delivery.
