I cannot fault the customer service of this company! I placed my first order with them and everything was delivered on time and as expected. Following this, I placed my second order. From their end, the transaction was quick as promised. However, the delivery company unfortunately did not deliver as expected resulting in a loss of dog food (just to reiterate, not RhondaRaw’s fault) . I made contact with them to see what help I could get and within 10 minutes received a phone call and an email acknowledging the issue. Without any quibble, the issue was recognised straight away and either a refund or replacement was offered. Replacement sent on a date I requested. Simply cannot fault them!
